How to make a free sign-up or RSVP Describe it without prices and you get a free sign-up sheet, RSVP or volunteer sheet, with a limit on each shift if you want one. It costs nothing to run. What happens when someone RSVPs no A "can't make it" answer gets a thank-you, no reminders and no calendar invite, and shows as Not coming in Results. How to upgrade to Pro for text reminders Pro is $10 a month (or $100 a year) and adds text reminders and automatic waitlists. Upgrade from the Plan card on your Account page; cancel any time. Why don't past dates show on my form? Once a date is over it hides itself on your live form, so nobody books something that already happened. There's nothing to turn on. How to limit how many people can sign up Describe the limit in chat and it's enforced on the server. You can cap one option, cap a whole group of options together, or cap how many each person picks. How to close a form right now Switch off Open for sign-ups in Setup, or say "close the form" in chat. The link then shows that the form is closed. How to close sign-ups at a deadline Set a date and time and the form stops accepting sign-ups after it, automatically and enforced on the server. How to collect a waitlist on a full form New forms have it on: once every spot is taken, people fill in the form to join the waitlist, and Move in gives someone a spot and tells them. How to see who signed up View every response in a table and ask plain-English questions about them. How to see who's coming to one class Pick a date or option on Results and see exactly who has a place, their answers, and how full it is. How to send reminders for every class Describe the series with its dates ("6 Tuesdays from Nov 3") and every class gets a reminder and a calendar entry. I changed the time. Do people know? Not until you tell them. After a time change the builder says how many signed up for the old time, and one tap emails them the new time. How to turn off new sign-up emails You get an email each time someone signs up. Turn it off per form with Email me new signups in Setup, or just ask in chat. What email people get after they sign up Everyone who gives an email gets a confirmation automatically: what they signed up for, paid or how to pay you, and a calendar link. I paid on a sign-up form and want a refund The organizer has your payment and refunds it. Reply to your confirmation email to reach them. If they don't answer, contact your card company. How to refund someone For organizers: refund card payments in your Stripe dashboard and Results updates by itself. PayPal refunds happen in PayPal. How to cancel an event Close the form, add a note for people who open the link, turn reminders off, then email everyone yourself from Results. How to cancel an event you took payment for For organizers: close sign-ups in chat, email people from the Download CSV list in Results, then refund in your own Stripe or PayPal. Can people cancel their own sign-up? Yes, from the link in their confirmation, until they've paid or it has started. Cancelling never refunds anyone by itself. How to share or embed your form Every form has its own link, and can be embedded on your own website. What your link looks like when you share it Paste your form's link into a text, Slack, WhatsApp or social post and it shows a preview card made from your form. How to get a QR code for your form Every published form has a QR code: copy it, download it, or print a poster people scan to sign up. Where to set up getting paid Connect Stripe or PayPal, or add your payment apps, once on the Payments page; every form reuses them. How to take PayPal and Venmo payments Connect your PayPal once; people pay by PayPal or Venmo straight to you and the sign-up marks itself paid. No fee from Jupiter Signup. How to use the API or connect an AI assistant Make an API key, then call the REST API or wire your forms into Claude or ChatGPT over MCP. How to sign in (and set a password) Sign in with Google or a magic link; optionally add a password under Account for next time. How to delete or duplicate a form On the website, the trash or copy action on My forms. In the app, press and hold the form. How to delete your account Account, then Delete account (on the website), or Account, Delete account in the app. How to put a photo on each option Tap the photo button next to the chat box, pick photos from your camera roll, and the builder puts each one on the option it shows. How to show a question only when it applies Ask in chat: "only show the child waiver if they pick child care." Those questions stay hidden until then, and they're required only once they show. How to add a photo background In Setup, under Photo: search free stock photos or upload your own, as a header or behind the whole page. Free on every plan. How to add your logo and make it look right Upload it in Setup, Logo. We size it to its shape and frame it so it stands out; change the size, side or frame there, or show it exactly as uploaded. What fonts can I use Set your form's typography by chatting, or request a font we don't have yet. Is there a phone app Yes, on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Sign in with your website account and your forms are all there. How to ask a human for help Send a question straight to a person when the FAQs don't cover it.
