Jupiter Signup is built by a small team. We collect the minimum we need to run the product and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address, for sign-in.
• The forms you create, including their content and any pricing you set.
• The responses and sign-ups people submit to your forms.
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
• Basic error telemetry when something breaks.

If you sign in with Google

When you choose "Continue with Google," Google sends us a small amount of profile information so we can create and identify your account: your Google account ID, email address, name, and profile picture URL.

• We use the Google account ID to identify your session.
• We use the email address for account communication.
• We never request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data.
• We do not share Google account information with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating Jupiter Signup. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train AI models.
• Jupiter Signup's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we share

• Responses people submit to a form are shared with the form's creator. That is the point of a signup form.
• When you enable payments, payment details are processed by Stripe under its own terms. We do not store full card numbers.
• We use third-party processors to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, and similar). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
• We never sell your data. We do not run ad trackers.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for sign-in sessions only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Email communications

We send transactional email such as sign-in links and account notices. We do not share your email with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use your email to market our other products without your separate explicit consent.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and actively check the consent box on a sign-up form, you may receive text messages from JupiterSignup, such as reminders about the events and selections you signed up for, at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
• We use your mobile number and consent record only to send the messages you asked for and to keep a record of your consent.
• No mobile information, phone number, or opt-in consent is shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging providers we use to deliver the texts you requested (for example, our SMS carrier), acting on our behalf, and never for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can delete your forms and account at any time, or reach us through our contact page and we will handle it. Deleting your account removes the profile data we hold, including anything received from Google sign-in. To revoke Google access without deleting your account, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Jupiter Signup.

Children's data

The service is not intended for anyone under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Where we operate

We operate from the United States. By using the service you acknowledge your data is processed in the US.
