Privacy Policy

Jupiter Signup is a product of PerfSpot LLC. Last updated October 2026.

Jupiter Signup is built by a small team. We collect the minimum we need to run the product and we do not sell your data.

Two kinds of people use Jupiter Signup. Organizers have an account and make forms. People signing up fill in an organizer's form and do not need an account. This policy covers both.

What we collect

From organizers:

• Your email address, for sign-in, and the profile details Google or Apple send if you sign in with them (see below).
• The forms you create: their text, options, prices, questions, dates and design.
• What you type or say to the form builder. If you use voice input, the short audio clip you record.
• Photos you add to a form.
• Your payout connections: the Stripe or PayPal account you connect, and the Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Zelle handles you choose to show on a form.
• Your plan and billing status. Stripe handles your card; we never see the full number.

From people signing up on a form:

• The answers to the organizer's questions, which can include names, email addresses, phone numbers and details about the people being signed up.
• What you picked, your total, and whether you have paid. Card payments go through Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Your mobile number and consent record, if you opt in to text messages (see below).

From everyone:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging.
• Error reports when something breaks.
• Product usage events, such as a form being created or a sign-up being submitted. These record account ids and email domains, never names or full email addresses, and which page or campaign first brought you to the site.
• Your approximate country, from your IP address.

How we use it

• To run the service: build and show your forms, take sign-ups, record payments, send confirmations and reminders.
• To build and edit forms with AI. What you tell the builder is sent to our AI provider to write the form.
• To answer questions about your results, when you ask the results page a question.
• To keep the service secure, stop abuse and fix bugs.
• To understand which features get used and where new organizers come from, in aggregate.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your forms or responses to train AI models.

If you sign in with Google

When you choose "Continue with Google," Google sends us a small amount of profile information so we can create and identify your account: your Google account ID, email address, name, and profile picture URL.

• We use the Google account ID to identify your session.
• We use the email address for account communication.
• We never request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data.
• We do not share Google account information with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating Jupiter Signup. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train AI models.
• Jupiter Signup's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant

An organizer can connect their Jupiter Signup account to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, and then manage forms from that chat. Signing in happens on jupitersignup.com; the assistant receives a token that reaches only that organizer's own forms.

• What the assistant sends us: the description of a form to create, the change to make to a form, and which form to look at.
• What we send back: the list of your forms (titles, links, response counts, whether each takes payment); a form's options, prices, spot limits, questions and dates; the builder's reply after a change; and, when you ask for them, a form's sign-ups: each person's answers, what they picked, their total and their payment status.
• What we never send: card numbers or bank details, your password, or anyone else's forms. The tools cannot delete anything, and no payment happens inside the chat.
• Once data reaches the assistant, its provider handles it under its own privacy policy (for ChatGPT, OpenAI's; for Claude, Anthropic's). Sign-up answers you pull into a chat can include details about the people who signed up, so only ask for what you need.
• To disconnect, remove Jupiter Signup from the assistant's connected apps. The assistant then loses access right away.

Who we share it with

• The form's organizer. Responses people submit to a form go to the organizer who made it. That is the point of a signup form. What the organizer does with them is up to the organizer.
• Payment providers. Stripe and PayPal process card payments, payouts and our own subscriptions under their own terms.
• Service providers that run parts of Jupiter Signup for us and may use the data only to do that job:
  • Anthropic, our AI provider, which writes and edits forms and answers results questions. It receives what you tell the builder, the form, and, for results questions, the form's responses. It does not train on this data.
  • Groq, which turns voice input into text.
  • Railway (hosting), Amazon Web Services (database and storage) and Cloudflare (network, photo storage and bot checks).
  • Supabase (sign-in), Postmark (email), Telnyx (text messages) and Sentry (error reports).
• The AI assistant you connect, as described above, only when you connect one.
• The law. When we are legally required to, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

We never sell your data. We do not run ad trackers.

How long we keep it

• Forms and their responses stay until the organizer deletes them or their account. A deleted form and its responses are erased within 30 days.
• When you delete your account, your forms go offline right away and they, their responses and your profile are erased within 30 days.
• Voice clips are transcribed and not stored.
• Server logs and error reports are kept for up to 90 days.
• Product usage events, which hold no names or email addresses, are kept to measure the product over time.
• Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember, for 30 days, which page or campaign first brought you to the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Email communications

We send transactional email such as sign-in links and account notices. We do not share your email with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use your email to market our other products without your separate explicit consent.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and actively check the consent box on a sign-up form, you may receive text messages from JupiterSignup, such as reminders and updates about the events and selections you signed up for, at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
• We use your mobile number and consent record only to send the messages you asked for and to keep a record of your consent.
• No mobile information, phone number, or opt-in consent is shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging providers we use to deliver the texts you requested (for example, our SMS carrier), acting on our behalf, and never for their own marketing.

Your choices

• Organizers can edit or delete any form, delete any sign-up, and download their responses at any time. You can delete your whole account from Account, Delete account on the website or in the app (or reach us through our contact page and we will handle it). Deleting your account takes your forms offline right away, erases them and their responses within 30 days, and removes the profile data we hold, including anything received from Google or Apple sign-in.
• People who signed up can change or cancel a sign-up from the link in their confirmation email. To have your answers deleted, ask the organizer, or reach us through our contact page and we will help.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, through our contact page. We answer within 30 days.
• To revoke Google access without deleting your account, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Jupiter Signup. To revoke an AI assistant's access, disconnect Jupiter Signup in that assistant.

Children

Organizer accounts are not for anyone under 13 (or 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly let children make accounts. Parents and guardians often use organizers' forms to sign up their children for camps, classes and teams, so a form's responses can include a child's name, age and details the organizer asks for, such as allergies. The parent or guardian provides that information to the organizer, who decides what the form asks and is responsible for it. We hold it for the organizer, show it only to them (including in an AI assistant they connect), and never use it for anything else. A parent can ask the organizer, or us through our contact page, to delete it.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Each organizer can reach only their own forms, from the website, the app, the API or a connected assistant.

Where we operate

We operate from the United States. By using the service you acknowledge your data is processed in the US.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell organizers by email before it takes effect.
