Jupiter Signup is a product of PerfSpot LLC. Last updated July 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and PerfSpot LLC ("we," "us"). By using Jupiter Signup you agree to them. Plain English, no gotchas.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the forms, pricing, and details you create.
• Do not use the service to defraud, spam, or harass anyone. Do not use it for anything illegal.

The service

• The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high uptime but we do not guarantee it.
• Jupiter Signup helps you create signup, registration, and payment forms. When you collect payments, the actual processing is handled by Stripe. We are not the payment processor and we are not the merchant of record for your sales.
• We are not your accountant, lawyer, or tax advisor. Nothing on the site is professional advice.
• You are responsible for what you sell and collect, and for honoring it with the people who sign up.
• We may update the product, pricing, and these terms. We will try to be reasonable about notice.

Text message (SMS) program

• By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on a sign-up form, you agree to receive text messages from JupiterSignup, such as reminders about the events and selections you signed up for, at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us through our contact page.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be deliverable to all carriers or devices.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, missed payments, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the service. You use Jupiter Signup at your own risk.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them, at any time, to any affiliate, acquirer, or successor. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
