How to upgrade to Pro for text reminders

Free covers almost everything, including email reminders and waitlists you manage yourself, with a flat 1% on Stripe payments. Pro adds text messages (reminders, and "you got a spot" texts): up to 1,000 a month to people who gave a US mobile number and opted in. The texts box shows on your form on Free too, so people can opt in before you upgrade: upgrading texts everyone who already did, with nothing to re-ask. Setup's Reminders line and Results say how many have. It also adds Automatic waitlists, which give a spot that opens to the first person waiting for it, a waitlist for each option as it fills (people book the open weeks and wait for the full one in the same sign-up), and priority support. Steps

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. In the Plan card, press Upgrade to Pro · $10/month (or $100/year).
3. Pay on the Stripe checkout page. You come back to Account and the badge switches to Pro within a few seconds.
4. Turn on Reminders under your form's Setup tab; texts now go out alongside the emails.

Managing it

The Messages card on Account shows texts sent this month and when the count resets (the 1st). If you reach the limit, texts pause until next month and email reminders keep going. To cancel, switch monthly/yearly, or change your card, press Manage billing in the Plan card; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
