How to upgrade to Pro for text reminders

Free covers everything, including email reminders, with a flat 2% on card payments. Pro adds text-message reminders: up to 1,000 texts a month to people who gave a mobile number and opted in. See pricing.

Steps

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. In the Plan card, press Upgrade to Pro · $10/month (or $100/year).
3. Pay on the Stripe checkout page. You come back to Account and the badge switches to Pro within a few seconds.
4. Turn on Reminders under your form's Setup tab; texts now go out alongside the emails.

Managing it

The Messages card on Account shows texts sent this month and when the count resets (the 1st). If you reach the limit, texts pause until next month and email reminders keep going. To cancel, switch monthly/yearly, or change your card, press Manage billing in the Plan card; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
