How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, on the website or in the iPhone app.

Steps

• Website: open the menu, choose Account, and in the Delete account card type DELETE and click Delete my account.
• iPhone app: open the Account tab and tap Delete account.

What happens

• Pro is cancelled right away, with no further charges.
• Stripe is disconnected from Jupiter Signup. Money already paid to you stays in your Stripe account.
• Your forms go offline immediately. They and their responses are erased within 30 days.
• Your sign-in, payment handles and API keys are removed.

This can't be undone. If you want a copy of your responses, download them from each form's Results first.
