Registration forms, built by describing them

Updated 2026-08-10

A registration form collects the details a person gives to sign up for an event, class, program, or service, and can take a payment when the spot is paid. Jupiter Signup builds one from a sentence: describe what you are running and how you charge, and it writes the whole form for you, options, prices, capacity, and questions included. You edit anything afterward by chatting.

It is the fast way to make online sign up forms of any kind: paid registrations and tickets, or a free RSVP and waitlist. Money UI only shows up when you actually charge, and when you do, it lands in your own Stripe account for a flat 2% with no monthly plan.

Paid on Stripe, 2% fee, no monthly cost. Free when you're not charging.

What a registration form collects

Most registration forms gather a name and email plus whatever is specific to the activity: a session or ticket choice, a t-shirt size, dietary needs, an emergency contact, a waiver. When the spot is paid, the same form collects the fee and adds up the total as options are picked, so signing up and paying happen in one step.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a registration form?

Describe what people are signing up for in a sentence, and Jupiter Signup writes the whole registration form, options, prices, capacity, and questions included. There is no builder to learn and no code. You refine anything afterward by chatting, and no account is needed to try it.

Can a registration form collect payment?

Yes. When the spot is paid, the same form collects the fee and adds up the total as options are picked. Card payments run through your own Stripe account for a flat 2% with no monthly plan, or you can collect off-platform by Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or cash and track who has paid.

Can I make a free online sign up form?

Yes. A form that does not charge is completely free, and the payment UI only appears when you actually charge. Free RSVPs, waitlists, and interest forms work exactly the same way as paid ones.

Can I limit spots or run a waitlist?

Yes. Give the form or each option a capacity and it shows spots left, then closes when full and can open a waitlist. The limit is enforced on the server, so a registration can't be oversold.

Do the people signing up need an account?

No. Anyone can open the link and register without creating an account. You only sign in to build the form and see your responses.
