What goes on a volunteer signup sheet

A volunteer signup sheet collects the details you need to organize helpers. The usual fields are:

• Name of the volunteer.
• Contact, an email or phone number to reach them.
• Availability, the shift, date, or time slot they can take.
• Role or task they are signing up for, with a capacity per slot so each one fills only as far as you need.
• Emergency contact or notes, when the event calls for it.

Is Jupiter Signup a good volunteer signup app?
