Why don't past dates show on my form?

Once a date is over it hides itself on your live form, so nobody books something that already happened. There's nothing to turn on.

Updated 2026-10-19

A date counts as over at its end time (a full-day session stays open to late joiners until it ends), or at its start if it has no end time. A class sold as one series stays until its last class is over.

  • On your live form, past dates are hidden. A small Show past dates link shows them greyed out, so people can see what already happened, but they can't be picked.
  • Anything without a date (a T-shirt, a donation, a payment choice) stays as it is.
  • If nothing is left to pick, the form stays up and says "Nothing is open for sign-up right now."
  • In the builder, the preview still shows past dates with a "Date passed" label, so you can see why they're missing from the live form. To run it again, ask in chat for new dates ("add Wednesday Oct 21 at 6:30").
  • People who already booked a past date keep it in Results.
