How to get a QR code for your form

Every published form has a QR code — copy it, download it, or print a poster people scan to sign up.

Updated 2026-09-03

Every published form has a QR code that opens the form when scanned — handy for flyers, posters, table tents, or a slide. No setup; it's generated from your form's link.

Where to find it

  1. Open your form in the builder.
  2. Next to View and Copy at the top, click QR.

What you can do with it

  • Copy image — drop it straight into a doc, email, or slide.
  • Download — save it as a PNG (for screens) or SVG (stays crisp at any print size).
  • Print poster — a ready-made flyer with your form's name, the QR, and the typed link as a fallback, ready to print.

The code points at your form's permanent link, so it keeps working and never needs to be reprinted. If you want a QR you can track (scan stats) or repoint later, you can use TangoQR.
