How to see who's coming to one class

Pick a date or option on Results and see exactly who has a place, their answers, and how full it is.

Updated 2026-10-19

Open Results and use Who's coming, just under the ask box. It shows up when your form has two or more options, like six Tuesday classes, the weeks of a camp, or T-shirt sizes (there it's called Who picked what).

Steps

  1. Open the form's Results.
  2. Pick a date in the Who's coming list. It opens on the next upcoming one. Dates that are over are at the bottom, marked past.
  3. Read the list: each person's name, their answers (email, phone and anything else you asked), and whether they've paid.

What it counts

  • Only people who hold a place. Someone who cancelled, is waiting, got a refund or is a test sign-up isn't on the list.
  • The count is against the option's limit, for example 6 of 8 spots taken. Someone who booked two spots counts as two.
  • If people are waiting for that option, it says how many, with a link to the Waitlist.

You can also ask the ask box, for example "who's coming next Tuesday?" or "how many for the 20th?". It knows today's date and each option's date. The app shows the same list on a form's Results.
