How much does Jupiter Signup cost (fees)

Building and sharing forms is free with no monthly fee required. On the Free plan you only pay when you collect money by card. Pro ($10 a month, or $100 a year) adds text-message reminders, up to 1,000 texts a month; email reminders are included on both plans, and the card fee is the same on both. See pricing.

The fee

• 2% platform fee on card payments taken through Stripe. It's deducted automatically and shows up as an "application fee" in your own Stripe dashboard.
• Stripe's own card-processing fee is separate (their standard card rate) and goes to Stripe, not us. So a card payment is Stripe's rate plus our 2%.

When there's no fee

• Free forms (RSVPs, waitlists, sign-ups with no price): nothing to pay.
• Money you collect yourself off-platform (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zeffy, Zelle, cash): we never touch that money, so there's no platform fee on it.
