How to delete or duplicate a form

Steps

• Website: on My forms, tap the trash icon at the end of the form's row and confirm with Delete form. Duplicate is in the form's builder.
• iPhone app: press and hold the form in the Forms list and choose Duplicate or Delete form. Both are also at the bottom of the form's Setup (the gear).

What deleting does

The form goes offline right away. The app offers Undo right after you delete. It and its responses are kept for 30 days, so if you need one back later, contact us and we'll restore it. After 30 days they're erased.

A duplicate is a fresh copy with no responses, ready to change by chatting. Handy for an event you run every week or every year.
