How to turn off new sign-up emails

Every new sign-up emails you who signed up and what they chose, and replying goes straight to that person. It is on from the start, which is what you want on a small form and too much on a busy one, so it is a switch per form.

Steps

1. Open the form and go to the Setup tab.
2. Under Form behaviors, turn off Email me new signups.
3. Or say it in chat, for example "stop emailing me every time someone signs up", and the builder turns the same switch off.
4. Turn it back on the same way whenever you want it again.

This is per form, so your other forms keep emailing you. Nothing else changes: every sign-up is still recorded, so Results stays complete, and people who sign up can still email themselves a confirmation from the thank-you page.

The emails go to the address on your account, and they cannot be sent to a different inbox yet. On a form that charges by card, the email arrives once the payment clears.
