A fictional pottery studio, a real account. Riverside Clay Studio runs three forms: a paid wheel-throwing class, a kids camp capped at 12 a week, and a free RSVP for its holiday sale. Every image here is a screenshot of the product, signed in as the studio.

The studio is on Pro. Everything shown on this page also works on the free plan.

Describe it. Change it by asking.

The studio owner typed one paragraph: a six-week Tuesday class, $240 with clay and firing, an optional $25 tool kit, 10 wheels, and the four questions she needed. The page, the prices, the 10-spot limit and the questions came back built. Then two follow-ups in plain words: a $20 early-bird price with a cutoff date, and "send everyone a reminder the day before the first class." No field palette, no settings maze.

Ask for a look, not a setting

For the holiday sale she asked it to "feel warmer and more festive, like a holiday market." That is the whole design step.

What people fill in

Each form gets its own link, QR code and embed. Spots are counted on our server, so when Week 1 of camp reached 12 kids it closed on its own, and the other weeks show what is left. The total is recomputed on the server too, so the price someone pays is the price you set.

The camp form: Week 1 sold out, Week 2 with 3 spots left, aftercare add-ons and a sibling discount
Kids Clay Camp: three weeks at 12 kids each, aftercare add-ons, and a $20 sibling discount.

Free works the same way

The holiday sale charges nothing. It still counts heads and caps each 20-minute wheel demo at 8 people.

Every sign-up in one table

No spreadsheet to build. The columns are the form's own questions, with sign-ups, money, views and where the views came from on top. Download a CSV, or type a question like "who hasn't paid yet?" and get the answer from your own data.

Results for the camp: 20 sign-ups, views by city, and every registration with the child's name, age and allergies

Reminders and the rest

Reminders go out by email the day before, on every plan. Text reminders are on Pro. The handful of switches that are not worth a sentence (light or dark, colors, typeface, logo, how this form gets paid) sit in Setup.
