For nonprofits
Updated 2026-10-01
A nonprofit gets the whole product for free: unlimited forms and sign-ups, volunteer shifts with a limit on each one, event RSVPs, registrations and donation forms, email reminders, and a results table you can download. No monthly fee is required, and there is no nonprofit application to fill in. The only charge is a flat 2% on card payments you collect through your own Stripe account; money collected through Zeffy, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle or cash costs nothing. You describe what you need in a sentence and the form is built for you, so a volunteer coordinator with ten minutes can have it out the door.
Nonprofit software tends to come in two shapes: free tools that do one thing, and suites that run your whole organization for a monthly fee. Most of what a small nonprofit actually sends out is in between: a volunteer sheet for Saturday, a gala with ticket tiers, a supply drive, a camp with a sibling discount. Jupiter Signup handles those on one form each, free unless you take cards, and leaves donor databases and year-round CRM to the tools built for them. We don't run a special nonprofit program or discount; the free plan is the same for everyone, and it already covers this.

Connect your own Stripe account and the money lands there directly. Jupiter Signup takes a flat 2% of what you collect, on top of Stripe's normal processing fee, with no monthly plan. A sign-up that does not charge is free.

Volunteer sheets, RSVPs and gifts collected through Zeffy, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle or cash cost nothing. There is no separate nonprofit discount or application.
