Spin class registration form that collects payment
Updated 2026-09-20
A spin class registration form books riders onto a bike and collects payment at signup, with a cap so you never oversell your bikes. Describe your studio and Jupiter Signup builds it: each class capped to your bike count, drop-ins, class packs, and monthly passes as paid options, Stripe checkout, and a waiver. Riders can even pick a bike number as an option, and a class closes itself once every bike is taken.
Why a payment form for a spin class
Every bike is a paid seat, so booking and payment belong together. Charging at signup against your bike count fills the room, prevents overselling, and means no chasing riders for the fee after class.
What it collects
- Rider name and contact
- Class time (capped to your bike count)
- Bike number (optional selectable option)
- Drop-in, class pack, or monthly pass
- Liability waiver acknowledgment
How you get paid
- Drop-in. A per-class price on Stripe.
- Class pack. A discounted pack of rides.
- Monthly pass. Sell a month of classes as a one-time charge. It does not renew on its own, so regulars buy the next month when it is time.
Frequently asked questions
How do I collect payment for a spin class?
Connect your own Stripe account and Jupiter Signup collects the fee as people register for a spin class, whether you charge a flat price, per session, or a pack. It takes a flat 2%, with no monthly fee required.
Can I limit spots or run a waitlist?
Yes. Give each option a capacity and the form shows spots left, then marks it sold out. The limit is enforced on the server, so it can't be oversold. Turn on the waitlist and the form collects names once everything on it is full; you email people yourself when a spot opens.
What does Jupiter Signup cost?
There is no monthly plan required. It takes a flat 2% of what you collect, on top of Stripe's normal processing fee. A sign-up that does not charge is free.
How long does it take to set up a spin class?
About a sentence. Describe your sign-up and Jupiter Signup builds the whole page in seconds, then you edit anything by chatting. No account is needed to try it.
