Find how many tickets you need to sell to cover your costs, and your profit at a given turnout.
Break-even is the number of tickets where your revenue finally covers your fixed costs. The calculator takes your fixed costs (venue, gear, marketing), your ticket price, and your per-attendee cost (catering, materials), then divides the fixed costs by the margin you make on each ticket. Example: $1,000 in fixed costs with a $25 ticket that costs $5 per head leaves a $20 margin, so you break even at 50 tickets, and every ticket after that is profit. Enter an expected turnout to see your projected profit or loss at that attendance. Use it to price tickets, set a minimum turnout, or check whether an event pencils out before you commit.
