How to collect a waitlist when your form is full

Off by default. With it on, a fully booked form stops taking sign-ups and instead asks for a name and email, so you keep the interest instead of losing it.

Steps

1. Open your form and go to the Setup tab.
2. Under Form behaviors, turn on Waitlist when full.
3. Give the form a capacity if it doesn't have one (in chat, for example "max 12 seats"), so it can actually fill up.
4. Once every option is sold out, visitors see "Join the waitlist" and leave their name and email instead of the closed form.
5. Open Results to see everyone waiting, and email them yourself when a spot opens.
