How to limit how many people can sign up

Capacity is enforced on the server, so an option can't be overbooked.

Steps

1. In chat, give the limit (for example, "max 12 seats").
2. The form shows how many are left and turns the option to "Sold out" at zero.
3. Sign-ups past the limit are refused automatically.
